Product & Strategy Consulting

Clear direction, solid execution, and the practicals of products that work.

Services

Product Strategy & Development

From loose concepts to shipped products. Clarifying goals, scoping what actually matters, and guiding teams through 0-to-1 builds where ambiguity is the default.

AI/ML Product Implementation

Support for teams building AI-driven tools. Experience with enterprise platforms and early-stage projects that need both technical grounding and thoughtful user experience. Helping teams translate capabilities into something people actually understand and can use.

Product Recovery & V2 Strategy

For products that didn’t quite land the first time. Assessing what went wrong, salvaging what’s valuable, and reframing the path to a version that works. Useful for teams sitting on half-finished features and piles of docs.

User Research & Experience Design

Research, content strategy, and UX structure to guide decisions. Working with designers, writers, and researchers to understand users and turn that insight into practical product direction.

Program Management

Coordinating cross-functional work without drowning teams in process. Planning, communication, and vendor oversight that keep technical and design efforts aligned and moving.

Approach

Strategy creates value when it leads to outcomes that ship. The work focuses on breaking ambitious ideas into clear, testable components that teams can design, validate, and deliver efficiently—without unnecessary process or complexity.
Strong outcomes come from thoughtful prioritization and healthy debate. Some ideas belong in the current release, others benefit from sequencing, and some are best refined or set aside. Each release should reinforce long-term direction rather than dilute it.
Progress does not require every release to be transformative. In some cases, a focused v1 is the right move. In others, refining previous work reveals the version that delivers lasting value.
Experience spans gaming, enterprise AI, DeFi, marketing automation, and nonprofit initiatives. While contexts vary, the approach remains consistent: understand users deeply, validate early, and deliver meaningful value with clarity and discipline.
